Booking without a phone call
The client picks the service, the specialist and the time themselves — at night and at weekends, when nobody answers the desk.
The client sees the booking
The booking is kept for the client when your bot is connected. Cancel removes it on the client’s side only — you get no notice; Reschedule makes a new booking and the old one stays.
A deposit can be added
The template takes no payment; it is added with the Take payment action and your own till. The money reaches the salon directly and we take no percentage.
Questions about this template
- Do taken slots disappear?
- No. Times and dates are set in the screens themselves and changed in the editor, from a phone too. A taken time does not drop out of the choice by itself — it is removed by hand.
- Will the client see their booking?
- Yes, when your own bot is connected: a visitor’s records are identified by its signature and survive a reload.
