Booking

Full name, phone, doctor, date, time and what is wrong; doctors and times in the choice are a list set in the screen itself. Below — the clinic’s address with a Get directions button.

My visits

Own visits are kept for the patient when your bot is connected: a row is seen only by them. It holds the doctor whose card was opened before booking; the doctor picked in the form, the date and the time go into the request. Cancel removes a visit on the patient’s side only — the clinic gets no notice; Reschedule leads to a new booking and the old one stays.
