Rows refresh on a schedule and at publish time, and edits made in the app can be written back into a Google Sheet.

Every order and enquiry reaches your messenger as it happens — Telegram, or MAX once you link it to the same number. Broadcasts to your app’s visitors are in development.
The messenger has already introduced the visitor: Telegram signs their details and the server checks that signature. In MAX the app can ask for a phone number and confirm it.

Next to the canvas there is now a Data mode. Every table is a card with all its columns, and relations between tables are lines. A column is added right on the card, a relation is dragged from one table to another, and the selected table’s rows open below the schema.

A mini app takes its interface from a website and its reach from a bot: there is nothing to find and nothing to install, because it opens in the conversation the person is already in.

Broadcasts to visitors are not in the product yet, so they are not part of any plan; they are on the roadmap with an honest status. Team access works now and is back in the table as seats. The AI assistant (MCP) and the data API come with every plan, the trial included. Card payments are in on every paid plan: you connect your own merchant account, and the money goes straight to you.

Paying with Telegram Stars works from any country — no card involved. Stars are bought inside Telegram; the plan is charged every 30 days and cancelled in a click.

The editor of a city events guide wrote in: «Where is the ticket-selling template? The builder's home page says there is one.» The Events and Tickets template — search, seat categories, a sample ticket with a QR code — shipped the same day.

What people ask before they start
It is an app that opens inside Telegram itself: there is nothing to download or install, it starts from the chat. Payments, automatic sign-in, messages from your bot and full-screen mode all work inside it, which is why shops, booking and ordering sit on it well.

Cards work today, through your own merchant account: you connect YooKassa or T-Bank in the publishing dialog, and buyers pay you directly — we never hold the money, and the receipt is issued by your till. An app can also simply take an order through a form and deliver it to your Telegram instantly. The till is Russian, so foreign cards do not go through. Taking Telegram Stars inside the app is still on the way (a builder plan itself can already be paid with Stars); crypto is not planned.

Tables live inside the project by default, and nothing forces them to: you can import an Excel or CSV file once, or connect a live source and let rows keep arriving — a Google Sheet by link, a private Google Sheet shared with our service account, a workbook on Yandex.Disk, or any address answering JSON, which covers NocoDB, Teable, Baserow, Airtable and your own API. A connected source refreshes on a schedule and at every publish, so changing a price in your sheet changes it in the app without republishing; rows added inside the app can be written back into a Google Sheet. Beyond tables, the app talks to n8n, Make, Zapier or your own server through webhooks in both directions.
Yes — you build once, and one address works in both. In Telegram we bind the menu button for you. In MAX the address is pasted into the partner cabinet by hand: MAX offers no API method for it. Publishing in MAX is open to companies, sole traders and self-employed people who are Russian residents, and a bot is moderated within 48 hours on business days.
There are four plans: a free 3-day trial with one published app, Start at 1 290 ₽/month, Pro at 3 490 ₽/month and Studio at 8 900 ₽/month. Building is free — a plan is what publishes an app. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; access lasts to the end of the period you paid for.
Anyone who sells or takes bookings: online shops, restaurants and delivery, beauty salons, fitness clubs, clinics and car services, estate agencies, online courses, event organisers. If your customers already write to you in a messenger, the app has somewhere to open.
Your customers sign in through the messenger itself: Telegram or MAX signs their details and our server checks that signature, so visitors have no passwords and there is nothing of the kind to store. Traffic is over HTTPS, and project and submission data sit on a server in Russia. We never touch card data — YooKassa, a PCI DSS compliant provider, takes the payment on its own side, and card numbers never reach our servers. Payments inside your apps go through your own till — YooKassa or T-Bank: the card is entered on their payment page and never reaches us either.
Yes, through our MCP server at https://apps.build-mini.app/mcp. claude.ai and ChatGPT connect as a connector with browser sign-in, Claude Code and Cursor with a token from the account menu → AI assistant. The assistant builds and edits a draft and sends a preview link; it publishes only if you allowed it to, and sees submissions only with a separate permission. Your plan’s monthly AI builds are not used up: your own model does the thinking.
Yes. Press Team in the editor and enter their phone number: the project appears in their account under Shared with me. A teammate builds screens, publishes and handles submissions and payments; deleting the app and changing the bot, address, domain or till is left to the owner. Seats: 1 on Trial and Start, 3 on Pro, 10 on Studio. Editing goes in turns, not in real time.
Yes. Create a key in the API tab of the Connect other services window, and your server, n8n or Make can find rows by a column, add, update and delete them at https://apps.build-mini.app/api/v1 — 300 requests a minute per key, with an OpenAPI description for Postman. Submissions can also be copied into a Google Sheet with no code at all.
