Event, date, venue and price are rows. Past ones drop off by themselves once the date is set.
Ticket money reaches you at once
Payment goes through your own merchant account, which issues the receipt and handles refunds. We never hold the money.
The guest list is at hand
Registrations collect as rows and are edited from a phone at the door, between two guests.
Questions about this template
- Can we send everyone a reminder?
- No. The bot writes to the app owner rather than to visitors: broadcasting to your own audience does not exist in the product yet, and we do not claim it does.
- How are tickets checked at the door?
- The ticket is shown in the app with a code, and the registration list is open in a table to check against.
