Tours are rows
A tour’s dates, hotel and price are edited mid-season from a phone rather than rebuilt as an image.
Bookings arrive in a messenger
Destination, departure date, budget and a contact — in your Telegram, the moment it is sent.
A deposit can be added
In the template a booking goes out as a request; payment is added with the Take payment action and your own till. The money reaches the agency directly.
Questions about this template
- Does it suit a single guide?
- Yes: the same screens with fewer rows. A few tours and the same matching form.
- Can tours be updated from a spreadsheet?
- Yes — from a Google spreadsheet, from Yandex Disk or from an address serving JSON. The source is connected after the first publish.
