About
MiniApp Builder (build-mini.app) is a builder for Telegram and MAX mini apps. It is made by Kirill Shulyanov, who writes the code, ships the updates and answers the Feedback button in the editor.
Who makes it
Kirill Shulyanov, a self-employed individual in Russia. The legal details are in the footer of every page and in the offer: he is the contractor under the subscription agreement.
He started the site in December 2025, and the current editor and server in July 2026. The product is in public beta: people use it and pay for it, some features are still in progress, and the site says which.
How the next feature is chosen
In the order people who already build apps ask for it. A message from Feedback goes into the roadmap, and the roadmap is public: it shows what works, what is in progress and what is only being discussed.

What is not here
Broadcasts to an app’s visitors, team access to a project, and taking Telegram Stars inside an app. The home page, pricing and FAQ say so, so nobody counts on them before they exist.
There are no testimonials or customer counters on the site either: we did not invent them, and it is too early to collect real ones.
Data and money
Projects, submissions and table rows are stored on servers in Russia. Sign-in goes through the messenger; no visitor passwords are stored.
Builder subscriptions are paid through YooKassa (Russian cards) or with Telegram Stars. Card numbers never reach our servers. Payments inside apps go straight to the owner’s or seller’s till: we never hold that money.
