Online booking template for a salon or a specialist
Clients book themselves, at night and at weekends, without getting through to the front desk. The booking reaches your Telegram at once, and the client sees it in the app.
The screens
The screens are already wired together: buttons lead where they should, forms send, lists are drawn from a table.
Booking
The chosen service, a specialist, a date and a time, name and phone. Specialists, dates and times are set in the screen itself and changed in the editor, from a phone too; the dates in the template are samples.

My bookings
The client’s booking with Cancel and Reschedule buttons. Bookings sit in the private My bookings table: a row is seen only by the client who made it. The card shows the first of their bookings; later ones are not listed. Cancel removes the booking on the client’s side only — you get no notice; Reschedule makes a new booking and the old one stays. The Other bookings and History lists are samples.

What gets changed first
- Services and prices live in the Services table and are edited from a phone.
- Specialists, dates and times are on the booking screen; extra specialists are simply removed.
- Booking fields are yours: allergies, wishes, how they heard of you.
How to start from this template
- 1Open the builder and pick the template — it opens assembled and working.
- 2Replace the content with your own: table rows, text, photographs and prices.
- 3Connect your bot and press Publish — the app becomes a button in its menu.
Questions about this template
- Does a taken slot disappear from the choice?
- No. Times and dates are set in the screens themselves and changed in the editor, from a phone too. A taken time does not drop out of the choice by itself — it is removed by hand.
- Will the client see their booking?
- Yes, in My bookings: records kept for a visitor survive a reload when your own bot is connected — its signature is what identifies the person.
- Can I take a deposit?
- The template takes no payment — a booking goes out as a request. A deposit is added with the Take payment action on the booking button and your own till — YooKassa or T-Bank. The money goes straight to you.
