My visits
Own visits with Reschedule and Cancel buttons — a private table: a row is seen only by the patient. The row holds the doctor whose card was opened before booking; the doctor picked in the form, the date and the time go only into the request. Below, preparation and past visits with documents. Cancel removes the visit on the patient’s side only — the clinic gets no notice; Reschedule leads to a new booking and the old one stays. Past visits are samples.

What gets changed first

- Doctors and times in the booking form are a list in the screen itself, changed in the editor, from a phone too.
- A separate “Location” screen can be added from the screen library.
How to start from this template

Questions about this template
- Can medical data be collected?
- The form takes whatever fields you put in it, but responsibility for personal and medical data rests with the app owner. Sensitive details are better asked at the appointment than in a request.
- Will the patient see their visits?
- Yes, when your own bot is connected: visitor records are identified by its signature and survive a reload.
- Does a taken slot disappear from the choice?
- No. Times are a list set in the screen itself and the patient picks the date in a calendar; the list is changed in the editor, from a phone too. A taken time does not drop out of the choice by itself — it is removed by hand.
