My classes is a private table: every booking from the class screen lands there, a row is seen only by the client, and Cancel removes it (the club gets no notice). The membership, visit figures and history are a sample set as text; paying for a membership does not change them.

What gets changed first
The timetable is a table: classes, time, level and places.
Membership options and prices are set on the Membership screen for your club.
The till is yours: membership payments reach the club directly.
How to start from this template
1Open the builder and pick the template — it opens assembled and working.
2Replace the content with your own: table rows, text, photographs and prices.
3Connect your bot and press Publish — the app becomes a button in its menu.
Questions about this template
How does the front desk see bookings?
Each booking reaches Telegram at once and stays in the submissions archive in the editor. From there a webhook can pass it to your own sheet or CRM.
Is there a limit on places?
The number of places is kept in the class row and shown in the timetable. The template does not close booking at zero automatically — the number is edited in the row by hand.
Can memberships be sold online?
Yes, by card through your own till — YooKassa or T-Bank. We are not part of the settlement and take no percentage.
