A guest card and points in Telegram and MAX

A card nobody leaves at home: it opens in the messenger people use anyway. Points sit in the member’s row and are credited automatically for payments inside the app; coupons and partners are table rows.

What is inside the app

Guest card

The balance from the member’s row in a table. The tier comes from the member’s row too, set there by hand. The card number, QR code and offer of the week are a sample, the same for everyone; a counter code carrying a number from the member’s row is added by you.

Coupons and offers

What can be had and until when, with a Use button. When a promotion ends, the row goes and the coupon leaves the app.

Partners

Search and a list of partners with a category and an offer — a small catalogue from a table. The section chips narrow the list.

History and form

Points movement from the history table, and the member form — with a gift certificate purchase through your own till.

How it gets built

  1. 1Take the loyalty template and write the rules in your own words.
  2. 2Fill the coupons and partners tables; members appear by filling in the form.
  3. 3Publish and set the button in your bot’s menu: the card is always on the guest.

How it works

Start from a template

Every template opens with its controls already working — take one and replace the content with your own.

What it costs

Building is free. A plan is what publishes an app: a 3-day trial, then Start at 1 290 ₽, Pro at 3 490 ₽ or Studio at 8 900 ₽ a month.

Questions about this

Are points credited automatically from a receipt?
From a payment inside the app, yes: the server credits a percentage of the sum, 5% in the template. From a till receipt in the shop, no — the owner sets those points in the member’s row by hand.
Can we send everyone a coupon?
No: broadcasting to visitors does not exist in the product yet. The coupon appears in the app and is seen by whoever opens their card.
How is the guest recognised at the counter?
The card number in the template is a sample, the same for everyone, so a cashier cannot recognise a guest by it. The app recognises the guest from the messenger’s signature; a code for the counter — a QR block with a number from the member’s row, say — is added by you.
