Raising donations in Telegram and MAX

A campaign you can see whole: the goal, what has been raised and where it went. A donation takes two taps in the messenger, and the money lands in your own merchant account rather than ours.

What is inside the app

Open campaigns

The goal, the amount raised and the deadline. The rows are edited from a phone, so progress updates the same day rather than once a week.

Campaign

Who is being helped and why, what has been done, updates as it goes. The screen that answers "why should we trust you".

Reports

Amounts, documents and photographs — in the same app as the campaign, not as screenshots in a chat.

Donation

An amount and a card payment through your own merchant account. The payment reaches you directly and the receipt comes from your till.

How it gets built

  1. 1Take the fundraising template and describe the campaign: who, why, how much.
  2. 2Connect your own merchant account — payments go straight to the organisation.
  3. 3Publish and add the button to the bot menu: sharing the campaign means forwarding a message.

How it works

Start from a template

Every template opens with its controls already working — take one and replace the content with your own.

What it costs

Building is free. A plan is what publishes an app: a 3-day trial, then Start at 1 290 ₽, Pro at 3 490 ₽ or Studio at 8 900 ₽ a month.

Questions about this

Whose account does the money go through?
Yours — YooKassa or T-Bank. We never hold the money, take no percentage and are not part of the settlement; your till issues the receipt and handles refunds.
Can donations be recurring?
The template has no automatic monthly charge: a payment is created on a tap. Recurrence is your merchant account’s feature, if it has one.
Does it suit a personal fundraiser?
The screens are the same. But the merchant account and responsibility for the campaign rest with the app owner, and that is worth knowing before launching.
