Coffee shop app template with pre-orders

A guest orders coffee ten minutes before arriving and skips the queue. The order lands in your Telegram with the time it is expected, and points collect in the app.

The screens

The screens are already wired together: buttons lead where they should, forms send, lists are drawn from a table.

A layout of the screens rather than a screenshot of a finished app: how it looks depends on your colours, type and content.

What gets changed first

  • The menu and the extras are table rows, edited from a phone in a minute.
  • Opening hours and pre-order times are form fields, with nothing to program.
  • Paying ahead goes through your merchant account; paying at the counter can stay.

Questions about this template

How does the order reach the barista?
As a Telegram message the moment it is placed, with the time and the contents. Orders also collect in the submissions archive in the editor.
Are points counted automatically?
Points are a row in the app’s table and are edited from a phone. The template does not add them from each purchase by itself.
Can several locations share one app?
Yes: the location is a field, and the order arrives naming it. Different addresses are rows in a table.
