Coffee shop app template with pre-orders
A guest builds the order ahead, picks a time and pays. The order reaches your Telegram: drinks, size, milk, pickup time and total.
The screens
The screens are already wired together: buttons lead where they should, forms send, lists are drawn from a table.
Drink
Size, milk and a note for the barista. All of it travels into the order with the drink. The oat and almond milk surcharge is only written in the label and not added to the sum.

When to collect — buttons with preset times — the order contents, the address with directions, a name for the cup, a Use points tick and payment through your own till. The times on the buttons are changed in the editor.

Card
A QR code with the guest’s own number, points and progress to a free coffee; the points and progress are a sample. The Orders screen is a private table: a paid pre-order appears there at once, and only the guest sees it.

What gets changed first
- The menu and prices are table rows, edited from a phone.
- Pickup times on the buttons and milk options are set for your shop.
- Paying ahead goes through your own till; without one, remove the payment action from the button and the order goes out as a request paid at the counter.
How to start from this template
- 1Open the builder and pick the template — it opens assembled and working.
- 2Replace the content with your own: table rows, text, photographs and prices.
- 3Connect your bot and press Publish — the app becomes a button in its menu.
Questions about this template
- How does an order reach the barista?
- As a Telegram message at the moment it is placed, and into the submissions archive in the editor. The request carries the drinks, size, milk, notes, pickup time, total, the name for the cup and the points tick.
- Are points counted automatically?
- No. In the template points are a variable with a sample value, and nothing is credited from a purchase. To keep points for the guest, they are kept as a table row, as in the loyalty programme template.
- Are several locations one app?
- They can be: the template has one location, a location choice is added as a field in the pickup form, and the order arrives naming it.
