Services and portfolio app template

A calling card that gets as far as an enquiry. Services with prices, examples of work and a form — nobody leaves for a browser, they send the request straight from the chat.

The screens

The screens are already wired together: buttons lead where they should, forms send, lists are drawn from a table.

A layout of the four screens in the Portfolio and services template: what is on each and which blocks make it up
A layout of the screens rather than a screenshot of a finished app: how it looks depends on your colours, type and content.

Services

What you do, with a price and a lead time. The rows live in a table: raising a price is one row edited from a phone, with no republishing.

Portfolio

Work with photographs and a short account: what it was, what was done, how it turned out. Images live in the app’s storage.

  • Gallery
  • Case notes
  • Outcome

Team

Who will do the work: names, roles, experience. Usually the screen that decides whether someone writes to you.

Enquiry

A form with the task, the deadline and how to reply. A file can be attached — a brief, a photograph or a document up to 10 MB — and it arrives in your Telegram.

What gets changed first

  • The service list and prices are a table, not something baked into the layout.
  • The portfolio grows from a phone: one row and a few photographs.
  • Form fields ask what you actually need to know.

  3. 3Connect your bot and press Publish — the app becomes a button in its menu.

Questions about this template

Where does an enquiry go?
To your Telegram as a message, the moment it is sent, and into the submissions archive in the editor. No mail server and no third-party form.
Can a client attach files?
Yes: images, PDF, Word and Excel documents, RTF, plain text, CSV and ZIP up to 10 MB. The file reaches the owner as a link with the enquiry.
Does it suit one person rather than an agency?
Yes. The team screen is dropped and services and portfolio stay — the same blocks with fewer rows.
